Seraph Science x Vorizon - 'From Crisis to Control' - Business Networking Event
Located in one of London’s most iconic venues, Control Room A at Battersea Power Station provided the perfect setting for Seraph Science's networking event on 19th November 2024. The session, titled 'From Crisis to Control', brought together professionals navigating high-stakes environments, focusing on leadership and decision-making under pressure.
The objective was to create a space that was both open and inviting, while also facilitating seamless networking and exhibition stands. The client wanted to maintain a sense of intimacy despite a modest guest list of 55 people.
In response, we leveraged Control Room A's distinctive layout to provide a versatile solution. The space was divided into two main areas: one dedicated to the exhibition and the other set up for the keynote presentations. By opting for a horseshoe-style seating arrangement, we ensured guests could engage freely with one another while still having a clear view of the speaker.
With all activities contained within Control Room A, the event exuded a focused yet relaxed atmosphere that encouraged organic interaction. This design maximised the space’s flow, with ample room for guests to mingle, network, and connect without distraction.
Catering was provided by Moving Venue, who offered a refined selection of food and drink, including panipuri, tandoori chicken, and teriyaki beef skewers. The event’s technical needs, from lighting to production, were expertly managed by Vibration, who ensured everything ran smoothly, including the custom furniture and exhibitor stands.
