Jeroboams Wine Tasting: A Return to the “Temple of Power” for a Curated Tasting Experience
In September 2024, Jeroboams returned to Control Room A for the second edition of its signature tasting event, this time titled “Jeroboams and the Temple of Power.” A standout fixture in their annual calendar, the event invited London’s wine lovers to explore a world-class portfolio in one of the city’s most exclusive and atmospheric settings.

Held across two sessions to accommodate 160 guests per sitting, the tasting brought together fine wine, Champagne, and spirits under one historic roof. Guests entered through the private Directors Entrance, offering a dedicated cloakroom and a seamless welcome experience before heading into the Directors Bar. There, curated sponsor-led tastings from Pol Roger Champagne, Glenfarclas Whisky, and Tapas Brindisa offered a focused prelude to the main event.
Control Room A was transformed into an immersive tasting hall, with uplighting from Vibration Production highlighting the space’s Art Deco details and industrial heritage. Branded backdrops, custom furniture, and a well-balanced soundscape created a relaxed but elevated environment for discovery. Vibration also pre-installed all furniture and AV prior to the client’s arrival onsite, significantly streamlining the setup process and allowing the Jeroboams team to focus entirely on guest experience and presentation.

“The event was definitely a success,” shared Samuel Brailsford, Events Coordinator at Jeroboams, “and all the feedback I’ve had back about the venue has been exemplary.”
With its exclusive setting, iconic architecture, and seamless operational support, Control Room A once again proved to be the ideal backdrop for Jeroboams’ experiential strategy - delivering a sophisticated, memorable tasting that resonated with both brand partners and attendees alike.
